Account / Sign In Problems
Q: I am trying to create an account and my submission is not being accepted. Why?
A: Make sure all required fields are correctly filled out. If you continue to have issues, try removing unusual punctuation you may have entered.
Q: Why are prices not showing next to each item?
A: You must have an APPROVED account and be signed in before prices will show. Approval generally takes 1-5 days after your account has been created. If you received your
approval email and still can't view prices, log out and then log back in.
Q: I forgot my password. How can it be retrieved?
A: Simply use our
reset password form and a new password will be emailed to you.
Basket Problems
Q: Why can't I access my basket?
A: You must have an approved account AND be signed in to access our basket features. Once signed in, an add to basket button will display next to each item.
Q: What happened to the items I left in my basket?
A: Baskets are emptied periodically (usually after 30 days of inactivity)
Cookie Problems
Q: Why do I get a cookie error when attempting to sign in?
A: Your browser must be set to accept cookies from supertimebeads.com.
Q: My browser is set to accept cookies. Why am I still getting a cookie error?
A: A software or hardware based firewall can also cause cookies to be rejected. Check with your system administrator for details.
Order Questions
Q: Can I check the status of my order?
A: Yes. Once signed in, follow the order history link. On the order history page, select your order and click view. Your order status is displayed at the top of your order.
Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: You will need to
contact us to cancel an order. Be sure to include the order# you are cancelling.
Q: How do I modify an order?
A: Once your order has been placed, you cannot modify it through our site. You will need to
contact us and we will make the requested changes.
